ELIGIBILITY IS SOLELY BASED ON CURRENT RESIDENCY IN GRAPEVINE OR COLLEYVILLE AND / OR CURRENT SCHOOL ATTENDANCE IN GCISD OR PRIVATE SCHOOL WITHIN THE CITIES OF GRAPEVINE COLLEYVILLE.  Any deviation from these eligibility provisions, must be pre-approved by the GCYFA and NTFL Boards.
